Acceptance

This store is operated by Nullhusk LLC, doing business as NULLHUSK. Our mailing address is 4006 W Wellington Ave, Chicago, IL.

When you place an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not place an order.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

We ship to United States addresses only. We cannot accept orders for delivery outside the United States.

Products and descriptions

We sell physical apparel and merch. We describe every item as accurately as we can, but screens vary and printed colors can differ from the photos you see here.

Sizing is listed on each product page. Check it before you order, since sizing differs between garment types.

Stock is limited. Listing an item does not guarantee it is available at the moment you order.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Tax and shipping are calculated and added at checkout, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and our servers never receive your card number.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, or if we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order. If we do, we refund the full amount you paid.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may cancel an order before it ships, for example if the item is out of stock or the address cannot be delivered to. In that case we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

Orders take up to 7 business days to process before they ship. Shipping is by USPS to US addresses only, and the cost is calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorization number. Items marked Final Sale and custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Intellectual property

The NULLHUSK and World of Dogs names, logos, artwork and designs are ours. So is the text and imagery on this site.

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Buying an item does not give you the right to reproduce, resell or license the artwork on it.

Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Returns and Exchanges policy and as required by law, products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Some states do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, this section applies only to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
