Email is the only way to reach us. There is no contact form and no phone line, but a real person reads every message.

Hours and response time
We read email Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. Messages sent outside those hours are picked up the next business day.
Expect a reply within 2 to 3 business days. This is a small team, so thank you for the patience.
What to include
The more of this you send in the first message, the faster we can help.
- Your order number, if your message is about an order
- The email address you used at checkout
- Which item you are asking about
- Photos, if something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered
If you want to change or cancel an order, write as soon as you can. Nothing can change once the order has shipped.
