Where do you ship?
United States addresses only, by USPS. P.O. boxes are fine. We do not ship internationally yet.
How long before my order ships?
Up to 7 business days. The clock starts when we receive a properly completed order, including payment, and USPS transit time is added on top of that. We are a small team and there is no expedited processing.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the USPS method you pick and where you are. The exact cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We typically offer USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. There is no free shipping at the moment.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created, then track it at usps.com. A new number can take a day or two to start showing scans. All our order email comes from the nullhusk.online domain, so check your spam folder if you do not see it.
What size should I order?
Sizing is listed on each product page and it differs between garment types, so check the page for the item you want rather than assuming your usual size carries over.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. We will try, but we cannot promise it, and once an order has shipped nothing about it can be changed.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number and we will send you a return authorization number and the return address. Items must come back unworn and unwashed. Full details are on the Returns and Exchanges page.
Do you do exchanges?
Case by case, depending on what is in stock. Our stock is small, so if you need a specific size the surest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, in US dollars, processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and our servers never receive your card number. Tax and shipping are added at checkout.
