Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use nullhusk.online or order from the store, how we use it, and who we share it with. Effective September 15, 2026.

Who we are

This store is operated by Nullhusk LLC, doing business as NULLHUSK, an independent game studio. Our mailing address is 4006 W Wellington Ave, Chicago, IL.

Email is our only public contact channel. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what we need to take an order and deliver it.

At checkout

  • Your email address
  • Your first and last name
  • Your shipping address: street, city, state and ZIP code

We do not ask for a phone number and we do not store one.

Card details

Card details are typed into a payment element supplied by Stripe and go directly to Stripe. They are not sent to us.

Our servers never receive your card number.

How we use it

  • To process your payment and fill your order
  • To send order email: order confirmation, tracking created, and shipping confirmation
  • To answer support requests and handle returns and exchanges
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations

We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with the services that make an order work.

  • Stripe processes payments. Card details go to Stripe directly. See the Stripe privacy policy.
  • USPS receives your name and shipping address so your package can be delivered.
  • Amazon Web Services hosts the product images shown on this store.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

This store uses strictly necessary cookies only. There is one: a cart cookie named _medusa_cart_id that identifies your cart so the items you add stay in it while you shop. It expires 24 hours after it is set.

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking.

Storage on your device

Your browser keeps a short list of your recent orders in local storage under the key saved-orders:v1. It holds order IDs, dates and totals so you can reopen those orders on the same device. Your name and address are not stored there.

This list never leaves your device. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.

What we do not do

  • We do not run analytics or advertising pixels
  • We do not track you across other sites
  • We do not have customer accounts or passwords
  • We do not run a newsletter or send marketing email
  • We do not sell or rent personal information

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as we need it to fill the order, handle any return, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. After that it is removed.

Your requests

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used on the order. We verify requests against that email address before we act on them.

Records we are required to retain for tax and accounting reasons can only be deleted once that period has passed.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because we do not track visitors in the first place.

California residents

If you live in California, the following summary is provided for you.

  • We collect your email address, first and last name, and shipping address when you place an order. We do not collect a phone number and we never receive your card number.
  • We share that information with Stripe for payment, USPS for delivery, and no one else. Product images are hosted by Amazon Web Services.
  • To review the information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email us from the address on your order and we will handle the request.
  • We do not honor Do Not Track signals because we do not track visitors across sites.
  • We do not sell personal information.

The studio pages

The studio pages do not collect personal information directly. They have no forms, no accounts and no sign-up.

It does embed content from other companies: a video served through youtube-nocookie.com, a Steam store widget, and links out to Instagram, Discord and YouTube. When that content loads, or when you follow one of those links, the provider may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. We have no control over that and receive nothing from it.

Visitors outside the United States

We ship to United States addresses only. Any information you give us is processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date shown at the top.
